Located less than two miles from Caro on a paved road, you will find approximately 34 acres of land, of which are 80-percent wooded with mostly mature hardwood such as oak, ash, elm, cherry, apple, hickory, and more. There is approximately 1,000 feet of winding stream with various widths and depths running throughout this property. There are many fish such as rock bass, pike, and large mouth bass reported in this stream leading to the Cass River. Of course, you will find lots of deer, turkey, and other small game living on this parcel of land including large bucks of which have been harvested here in previous years.
